Filipino electorate, they say, largely vote on no clear basis.
This May 2004, the Filipino electorate will again cast its stake in
Philippine governance. This time, the Transparency and Accountability
Network hopes to provide some basis for the electorate to consider…
TAN, in its interest to raise “corruption” as an election issue,
launches the
e-LEKSYON 2004 project which hopes to educate and inform the electorate
of the candidates’ positions on specific corruption issues.
This we provide and offer to the Filipino electorate.
