LEGISLATIVE ADVOCACY
In 2003, the Transparency and Accountability Network actively pushed for
the passage of two bills that were seen as strong foundations in
reforming governance in the Philippines. These were the National Revenue
Authority and Right to Information bills.
This year, TAN will continue its drive to install legislative reforms in
the last segment of Congressional work (January to May 2004) and with
the new Congress (June 2004 onwards).
