PROCUREMENT TRAINORS’
TRAINING
In light of the passage of the Government Procurement Reform Act (GPRA)
and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), the TAN through the
lead of Procurement Watch, Inc. (PWI) and the Office of the Ombudsman
will conduct trainings for identified trainor-groups nationwide. The
trainings will focus on relevant provisions of the GPRA and its IRR,
highlighting the different procurement processes for procurement of
goods, consultancy services and infrastructure. The participants will
have hands-on activities where their skills and knowledge in procurement
“monitoring” shall be put to test. They will also learn to use the
electronic reporting (E-Reporting) technology of PWI for submission of
actual procurement observations.
