This project will be implemented for a period of ten (10) months and will cover the following activities:

3. Advocacy
The main objective of this project is to ensure transparency, efficiency, and effectiveness of the upcoming Comelec procurements for election modernization and raising public awareness on the on-going major procurements of the Commission on Elections.
